TEMPORARY IMPORT

Exhibition Samples may be temporarily imported into Peru without paying Import Duties or presenting Bank Guarantee.

As soon as the event is over, the Exhibition Samples may stay in Peru for 120 calendar days to be nationalized or reexported.

The Organizer has appointed as Official Transporter and Freight Forwarding Agent for this event, Non Exclusive, to the following company:

The Exhibitor may use the services of this Agent or any other for the Transport of their Exhibit Samples from their country to Peru, or to process clearance of samples from Peruvian Customs, or to move samples from Customs to the Booth.

San Fernando, Pachacamac, Lima - Peru, in its capacity as Website Owner, hereby informs its Exhibitors, Visitors, Clients, and Users of its Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, in compliance with Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations approved by D.S. No. 003-2013-JUS.

The legal name of the party responsible for the processing of personal data is THAIS CORPORATION S.A.C., hereinafter referred to as THE COMPANY.
